Camden Fair Lakes Apartments is located in Fairfax, Virginia. Cap X Inc has converted the third-floor resident lounge into a corporate regional office. Additionally, Cap X renovated the leasing office on the second floor, and the gym on the first floor with a brand-new spin room.

Charlotte, NC

Camden Grandview is located in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. This project includes converting existing office spaces into twenty-one new apartment homes.
